How do I register with Futurelink Group?

Are there any set up costs when registering with Futurelink Group?

No, there are absolutely no fees or costs when registering with us.

Am I employed by Futurelink Group or the agency?

This depends on the payroll solution. Please get in touch with our customer service team for further details.  

What deductions are taken from my pay?

Deductions are displayed on your payslip. You can view our payslip guide for a clear breakdown, helping you understand your payslip better. For further assistance, contact our team helpdesk@futurelinkgroup.co.uk.

Do I get paid daily, weekly, or monthly?

We run payrolls every working day, from Monday through to Friday, and we pay you on receipt of funds from your agency. Therefore, the frequency of payment will depend on the agency’s payment terms. 

How will I know I have been paid?

You will receive a text message from us once paid, confirming the payment and net pay. This is followed by an email with the full pay slip.

How do I claim expenses?

We are proud to offer an easy, user-friendly mobile app that allows you to claim your expenses. It is available to download on Google Play and IOS App Store

How do I access the online portal?

Our online worker portal is linked across our website. Access to the portal will be given (via email) upon completion of registration. Through our portal, you will have 24-hour access to all of your timesheets and pay slips. 

Am I entitled to SSP (Statutory Sick Pay) and SMP (Statutory Maternity Pay)?

SSP (Statutory Sick Pay), SMP (Statutory Maternity Pay), and SPP (Statutory Paternity Pay) are offered on our standard PAYE and PEO (Professional Employment Organisation) solutions, provided that you meet the criteria. 

Am I entitled to holiday pay?

Holiday pay is accounted for in the hourly rate and shown on all PAYE pay slips so that the worker can put holiday pay aside for when a holiday is taken.

Will I be charged a margin when I am not on assignment?

No, you will not.

Is insurance included in Futurelink Group margins?

Public and employer’s liability, along with personal accident insurance are included in our fee.

Do I have access to a workplace pension scheme through Futurelink Group?

This depends on the solution you are subscribed to. Workers on our standard PAYE Solution and PEO (Professional Employment Organisation) Solution get automatically enrolled into a comprehensive workplace pension scheme. 

Is Futurelink Group compliant?

All our payment solutions are fully compliant with IR35, AWR, Auto Enrolment, and Onshore Employment Intermediaries. Our compliance team regularly reviews the latest legislation proposals and implementations, and is ready to help with any queries our clients may have.
